海绵窦表皮样囊肿一例 被引量：4

摘要 表皮样囊肿又称胆脂瘤，是较少见的颅内肿瘤，一般认为表皮样囊肿的发病率为全脑肿瘤的0．5％～1．8％，小脑脑桥角区和鞍区是其好发部位。海绵窦表皮样囊肿罕见，目前国内外仅见病例报告不足20例。本文报告1例经手术和病理证实的海绵窦表皮样囊肿，并结合文献，分析其诊断和治疗。
