垂体促肾上腺皮质激素腺瘤经蝶窦入路手术治疗的体会 被引量：4

摘要 Harvey Cushing于1920年首次报道了垂体腺瘤引起的高皮质醇血症的一组病例，1932年由Bishop等将该综合征命名为库欣综合征，其中垂体源性库欣综合征又称库欣病。虽然70余年来对该病的认识和疗效都有很大的提高，但临床工作中仍有一些难题尚未解决。本文总结我科治疗库欣病三十年来的经验，并结合文献，介绍如下。
