摘要
为研究激光对蝗虫不同身体部位的杀灭效果,选择近红外大功率连续型半导体激光器,针对亚洲车蝗成虫和幼虫的头部、翅根和腹部位置,距离激光发光面1cm处,进行不同时间的照射试验,分别观察照射后3天蝗虫的致死率。在1cm处对幼虫头部、翅根和腹部位置辐照5s,观察肌体组织宏观损伤情况。结果表明,随着辐照时间的增加,蝗虫的致死率增加;在相同的辐照条件下,幼虫比成虫致死率高,且辐照头部位置致死率最高、辐照翅根部位致死率次之、辐照腹部致死率最低。肌体宏观观测结果表明,头部和翅根被辐照部位有明显的碳化现象,腹部的宏观热损伤效果则不明显。试验结果说明近红外激光辐照蝗蝻的头部位置有较好的致死效果。
To study the effect on killing locusts by laser irradiating different bodies, near infrared high power continuous semiconductor diode laser is chosen. The heads, wingbuds and abdomens of Oedaleus asiaticus adults and Nympha were irradiated at lem distance from laser's emitting pane and different time, and the death rate was observed after treatment. The heads, wingbuds and abdomens of Oedaleus asiaticus Nympha were irradiated at lcm and 5s, the macroseopical damnifieation was observed. The results show that the death rate was increasing with longer irradiation time. At the same irradiation conditions, the death rate of Nympha was higher than adults'; the death rate was highest by irradiating heads, and the death rate of irradiating abdomens was lowest. The results show near infrared laser has better lethal effect on Nympha by irradiating heads.
