大力推行社会主义荣辱观是构建社会主义核心价值体系的现实需要。我们应站在重新构建社会主义道德体系这一战略高度对如何践行荣辱观加以定位。建设社会功能群体有利于唤起人们的主人翁意识,这是实现社会道德重构的重要条件。

On the basic review of the propaganda and academic study on ＂socialist view of honor and disgrace＂ , the probable missing and the facing problems in practicing ＂the socialist view of honor and disgrace＂ were studied. The solution plan was then discussed on an advanced level of designing a new socialist moral system. It is pointed that rectifying and constructing the social functional groups in people is in favor of arousing people＇s initiative and active spirit, which is the prerequisite for the reconstruction of the socialist moral system.
