高职院校学分制管理存在的问题与对策

Main Problems and Countermeasures of the Management of Vocational College Credit System

当前,高职院校学分制管理中存在的主要问题是:宣传力度不够,学分制及其特点没能被学生完全了解;教师资源和课程资源不足,影响教学质量;学生选课盲目,班主任(辅导员)和任课教师指导不够;学分制管理设施、管理制度不够充实和完善。对此,应明确指导思想,树立先进管理理念;加大投入,完善教学基础设施;完善"双师"结构,加强师资队伍建设;补充和完善学分制管理制度;建立学分银行,实行学分票管理;构建具有高职特色的学分制人才培养模式。通过改革,创新学分制管理机制和管理模式,为示范性高职院校建设作出贡献。

Taking a sample survey conducted in the credit system in Liming Vocational College in recent years as an example, this article points out the existing problems and gives analysis and countermeasures, aiming to the further improvement of the credit management system, the innovation of the credit management mechanism and model, and the offering of constructive comments.
