Discussing the Necessity and Measures of Establishing the Learning Society

构建学习型社会的措施主要包括:建设网络学习社会、建设从社区到社会的文化体系、建设从家庭到城市的组织体系、建设从物质到制度的支持体系。要通过政策引导,激励广大干部群众积极参加各类学习培训,激发广大干部群众的学习热情,努力形成人人要学习、人人爱学习的良好局面。

This paper studies the conception and theory of the learning society and the necessity of establishing the learning society. It advances some measures of establishing the learning society： 1. establishing the learning government; 2. establishing the network learning society; 3. establishing the cultural system from community to society; 4. establishing the organizational system from family to city; 5. establishing the sustaining system from matter to institution.
