石墨流态炉中低温淬火工艺研究

摘要 本文论述了石墨流态炉中A_1点以下低温淬火工艺实质,研究了不同处理温度、保温时间对硬化层深度影响,测定了硬化层组织结构,N、O元素分布,表面硬度分布,残余奥氏体含量和耐磨性试验。试验结果表明,该工艺具有处理温度低,变形小,硬度和耐磨性较高等特点。能够处理形状复杂,硬化层浅的零件,是轻纺工业部门值得研究和开发的表面硬化工艺。 This paper deals with the principle of the quenching process with qnenching temperature below A_1 in the graphite fluidized bed furnace. The effets of different quenching temperatures and holding times on the depths of hardened layers were studied. The microstructure, distribution of hardness, N. & O. the amount of residual austenite and the wear resistance of the hardened layers were analysed. The results show that this process has the feature of lower quenching temperature, lower distortion, higher hardness and good wear resistance. The process can be used for treating parts complex in shape and shallow in hardened depth. It is worth for studying and developing for surface hardening in light and textile industries.
