摘要
从对氯苯乙酮出发,经过Wittig-Horner、溴代、酞酰亚胺化、不对称还原和酸解反应五步合成了(R)-巴氯芬,总收率达到了62%。目标产物的结构经过核磁和质谱的确证。
The synthetic method on (R)-baclofen is described in detail. Using 4-chloro-acetophenone as materials, (R)-baclofen is synthesized by five steps of Wittig-Homer, bromo reaction, phthalimide, enantioseleetive conjugate reduction and acidlysis reaction.The product yield is 62%.The strueture of the product was determined by IH NMR and MS.
