甲苯磺丁脲的新合成方法 被引量：1

New Synthetic Method of Tolbutamide

摘要 以对甲基苯磺酰胺为原料,经过N-甲酰化、胺解两步反应合成目标产物甲苯磺丁脲,并通过熔点、IR、1HNMR对产物进行了结构确证。 Tolbutamide was prepared from p-toluenesulfonylamide through N-formylation and aminolysis. The structure of target product were confirmed by m.p. , IR and 1HNMR.
