摘要
简要介绍了重介质旋流器在选煤生产中的重要作用,分析了重介质旋流器的磨损状况,从耐磨衬里材料的微观结构入手,在原料粒度细化、烧结温度优化等方面提出了提高新型氧化铝陶瓷的致密度、增加耐磨性的方法与措施,并对各种新型陶瓷用作重介质旋流器内衬材料的发展前景进行了展望。
Firstly introduced the importance of dense medium cyclone in current coal preparation industry, the paper analyzed the wearing pattern, based on the micro-texture of alumina ceramics, put emphasis on fining the particle size of new ceramic material and optimizing sintering temperature to increase the degree of compactness so that enhance its wear resistance of new alumina ceramics. Finally prospects the future of various new alumina ceramics used as lining of dense medium cyclone.
