摘要 在虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW开发平台上,设计了汽轮机回热系统状态监测系统。实现了汽轮机回热系统实时数据的采集、显示、分析、存储、输出和故障诊断报警功能。使用Queue技术来控制该系统中多个VI之间数据通信,消除了可能存在的数据丢失、数据重复显示等实际问题。取代并扩展了传统回热系统监测仪表的功能。实际应用证明:该系统是有效而可行的。 On the laboratory virtual instrument engineering workbench, the condition monitoring system of steam turbine reheating system was designed, and the acquisition, presentation, analysis, storage, output and alarm of its live data were realized. The problem of the data which were lost or repeated manifestation was resolved by using the technique of Queue. The functions of traditional reheating system supervisory instrumentation were replaced and expanded. This system is proved to be high effective and practicable in the special application.
