链式环保设备清洗流水线自动控制及仿真系统

摘要 根据流水线组织设计原则和技术设计原则,分析完成了正在运行的沈阳环境科学研究院的环保箱清洗流水线,在大量调研的基础上提出了该项目,将处于手动调节链条的相关流水线实现智能设计。文中重点解决控制链条流水线电机的自动控制模型的构建,清洗过程相关参数设计与控制,嵌入式硬件平台的实现以及算法的改良,链式流水线系统中整体控制的完整性和协调性。 According to the principle of its organization and design technology, the production line of Shenyang environmental science and research institute, which is being operated to wash environmental protection box, is analyzed and implemented. The project of chain auto-control production line as well as its simulating system to cleaning environmental protection equipments was brought forward based on a great deal of relating surveys and research, with its aim to intelligentize the operation of those parts of production line that was once adjusted manually. Main attention was paid to building auto-control model of electric motor of chain production line, designing and controlling the relevance parameter used during the cleaning process, implementing embedded style hardware platform and algorithm revising, and keeping integration and coordination of the integral control of the chain production line system.
