冠心病患者血清E-选择素和Ox-LDL的测定及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:测定血清可溶性E-选择素、氧化性低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)浓度在冠心病患者以及健康人中的变化,探讨血清可溶性E-选择素、Ox-LDL浓度在冠心病患者中的意义以及二者之间在冠心病的发生、发展过程中的关系。方法:选择90例冠心病患者,将其分为急性心肌梗死组(AM I组)、不稳定性心绞痛组(UAP组)、稳定性心绞痛组(SAP组)各30例,正常对照组30例,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组血清可溶性E-选择素、Ox-LDL水平,用t检验比较各组间的差异,用直线相关分析二者之间是否具有相关性。结果:外周血中E-选择素和Ox-LDL的浓度在AM I组(67.84±11.08)μg/mL、(0.87±0.15)mg/L,UAP组(63.14±12.51)μg/mL、(0.78±0.16)mg/mL,SAP组(48.57±12.91)μg/mL、(0.65±0.22)mg/L,对照组(35.72±14.65)μg/mL、(0.51±0.21)mg/L;外周血中E-选择素和Ox-LDL的浓度在AM I组、UAP组、SAP组显著高于对照组(P<0.01),外周血中E-选择素和Ox-LDL的浓度在AM I组、UAP组显著高于SAP组(P<0.01),冠心病患者外周血中E-选择素与Ox-LDL具有明显相关性。结论:冠心病患者血清可溶性E-选择素水平和Ox-LDL水平可反映病情严重程度,对病情的发展具有预见性,可作为冠心病患者的辅助诊断手段。 Objictive : To evaluate the role of soluble E - selectin and Ox - LDL in different coronary heart disease and the normal and to investigate the relationship of the both with the development of coronary heart disease. Methods : 90 cases of coronary heart disease were divided into the acute myocardial infarction group(30 cases), the unstable angina group(30 cases) and stable angina gToup( 30 cases) ,wittl 30 normal controls. Serum level of solube E -seleetin and Ox -LDL was measured by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. The differences in soluble E - seleetin level and Ox - LDL level between different groups were observed. Pearson correlation analysis test was used to analyze the relationship between the level of soluble E - seleetin and the level of Ox - LDL. Results : The levels of soluble E - seleetin and Ox - LDL were elevated in AMI, UAP and SAP groups as compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with SAP group, the level of soluble E -selectin and Ox- LDL were elevated in AMI and UAP groups ( P 〈 0.01 ) , while there is no significant difference between AMI and UAP groups. The levels of soluble E - seleetin were correlated with the levels of Ox - LDL in different coronary heart disease. Conclusion : The serious degree of coronary heart disease will be predicted by the levels of soluble E - selectin and Ox - LDL in serum. The development of coronary heart disease can be foreseen. The levels of soluble E - selectin and the levels of Ox - LDL in serum can act as a assistant method for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
