牛磺酸预处理对大鼠离体心脏缺血再灌损伤血流动力学的影响

摘要 目的:观察牛磺酸对大鼠离体心脏缺血再灌损伤血流动力学的影响。方法:40只大鼠随机分为4组:缺血再灌组(I/R),预适应组(IPC),牛磺酸Ⅰ组,牛磺酸Ⅱ组。采用Langendorff离体心脏灌流方法,经主动脉用K-H液平衡灌注。记录左室舒张末压(LVEDP)、左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室压力上升和下降最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax)、冠脉流量(CF)。结果:与I/R组比较,牛磺酸预处理能提高大鼠离体心脏停灌再灌期的CF,升高LVSP、±dp/dtmax而降低LVEDP,其差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:牛磺酸预处理对大鼠离体心脏停灌再灌注损伤具有保护作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of taurine preconditioning on myocardium against ischemia - reperfusion (I/R) injury. Methods : Fourty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups : ischemia - reperfusion(I/ R) group, isehemic preconditioning(IPC) group, taurine I group, taurine 11 group. Krebs - Henseleit buffer was perfused into the hearts in langendorff model. During reperfusion, left ventricular end - diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), + dp/dt max, the coronary effluent (CF) were determined. Results : LVSP, + dp/dt max, CF had a significant improvement in taurine groups, however LVEDP was decreased in taurine groups. Conclusion :Taurine preconditioning had protective effects on myocardium against I/R injury.
