An Experimental Model of Cerebral Vasospasm in Rabbits

摘要 目的:建立一种结果可靠而制作简单的蛛网膜下隙出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)动物模型。方法:实验动物分为对照组与模型组,采用枕大池2次注血法建立CVS动物模型,通过尸体解剖和脑血管造影观察基底动脉(BA)痉挛。结果:尸体解剖模型组BA周围和枕大池内均有血凝块;造影发现模型组中day3、5组与对照组比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:枕大池2次注血法是建立CVS动物模型的一种可靠方法。 Objective: To establish a simple and reliable model of cerebral vasospasm(CVS). Method: The subjects were randomly divided into control group and CVS group. "Two- hemorrhage" method was used to establish the rabbit model. By the autopsy and the cerebral angiography, the CVS of basilar artery(BA)was observed. Results: In the CVS group, the blood clot could be seen around BA and in cistema magna. Compared with the control group, the calibre of BA in the day3 and day5 groups became thin( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: "Two-hemorrhage" is a simple and reliable method for establishing model of CVS in rabbits.
