肺表面活性蛋白A与肺缺血-再灌注损伤

摘要 肺表面活性蛋白A(SP-A)是SP中最主要的蛋白成分,主要由Ⅱ型肺泡上皮细胞及clara细胞分泌。它具有参与局部防御、调节局部免疫和炎症等作用,并在减轻肺缺血-再灌注损伤(LIRI)方面有重要作用。现就SP-A生物学作用以及其在LIRI中的表达及研究作一综述。
