摘要
乌兹别克斯坦浩乌扎克油田鲁克钻井项目集大位移井钻井以及巨厚盐膏层钻井两大技术难题于一身,国内油田尚无类似条件下成功钻井的先例,也无借鉴事例,存在着一系列亟待解决的技术难题。分析了巨厚盐层水平井的技术特点,通过对井眼轨迹优化技术、井身结构优化技术、井眼轨迹控制技术、巨厚盐层井壁稳定技术、大位移井降摩阻技术和复杂事故预防处理技术研究,形成了一套巨厚盐层较大位移水平井钻井技术,实现在垂深近400m厚的纯度极高的盐层、盐膏层中进行定向造斜作业和稳斜段轨迹控制,盐层、盐膏层中控制井段长度达到1000m,钻成了173G较大位移水平井,井底水平位移1500m,水平段长度686m,该井的成功完钻为同类地层较大位移水平井的钻进提供了经验。
The Luke Drilling Project ofhaowuzhake Oilfield in Uzbekistan involves two technical problems in both long-reach drilling and drilling in salt bed of great thickness. There is no such a precedent under similar circumstance, and we have no precedent to go by from other domestic oilfields. There are a lot technical problems demanding prompt solution. The paper analyzes the technical characteristics of horizontal drilling in salt bed of great thickness, studies the optimization technology of well trajectory and wellbore configuration for long-reach well, the control technology of well trajectory for long-reach well, the stability technology ofborehole wall in salt bed of great thickness, the friction-reduction technology for long-reach well, and the prevention technology for complex accident. On the basis of the above technologies, the long-reach horizontal drilling technology in salt bed of great thickness is developed. The directional whip- stocking and well trajectory control are achieved in salt bed of high purity with TVD of almost 400 m. The controlled intervals in slat bed amount to 1000 m. The long-reach well 173G with bottom horizontal displacement of 1500 m is drilled, and the horizontal interval is 686 m. The successful drilling in the well may be good reference to the long-reach well drilling in salt bed of great thickness.
