摘要
在介绍DVD光学头工作原理和伺服检测方法的基础上,提出了一种芯片面积小、输出失调电压低的单片集成的PDIC(Photo Detecting Integrated Circuit)的设计方案。芯片采用0.6μm CMOS工艺来实现,用于光检测的四象限PIN光电二极管阵列,在入射光波长为650nm情况下,响应度为0.32A/W。互阻放大器的-3dB带宽可达到100MHz,单个通道灵敏度可达到25mV/μW,平均直流偏置失调电压可减小到10mV。
Based on the introductions of working principles and the method of servo detecting of DVD optical pick-up system, a novel design of CMOS PDIC (photo detecting integrated circuit) solution is introduced. Chips were implemented by 0. 6μm CMOS process.
