摘要
以乙烯基生胶为载体,以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、高含氢硅油、含氢双封头等合成实验用交联剂,以铂络合物为催化剂,制成透明双组分铂金触媒硫化剂PL-10A/TM-10B,其硫化温度低,不需二次硫化等工艺,且无毒无味,物理力学性能好,能提高生产效率,还能够有效降低生产成本,可逐渐取代传统的过氧化物硫化剂,适用于硅橡胶制品模压、挤出等各种成型工艺。
Transparent two-component platinum catalyst vulcanizing agent was prepared by using vinyl silicone oil as carrier, c-15E86 as vulcanization accelerator,D4, poly（methylhydrosiloxane）, hexamethyl-disiloxane as crosslinking agent and platinum compex as catalyst,providing a new kind of twocomponent platinum catalyst vulcanizing agent PL - 10A/TM - 10B for the silicone rubber industry. It is non-toxic and odorless, having excellent mechanical properties and low vulcanizing temperature, unnecessary to post-vulcanize. Using the vulcanizing agent can improve the productivity and reduce the production cost.
