摘要
针对严重影响液晶显示器基板玻璃质量的点状缺陷微汽泡,通过对原料及玻璃的氧化-还原势的控制,多点熔化温度BTR控制,设置窑坎等方法,最大限度地消除超薄浮法玻璃的微汽泡,满足液晶显示器行业对基板玻璃的质量要求。
