摘要
初步论述了利用窑炉烟气热预热玻璃配合料的换热过程和预热及减少废烟气中有害物质排放的机理,能够达到的预热效果;通过热工计算判断可能达到的节能效果。
This paper expounded the heat exchange process for pre-heating glass batch through furnace flue gas waste heat, the mechanism of pre-heating and reducing the discharge of harmful substances from flue gas, reachable pre-heating resuits and possible energy result judged by thermal calculation.
