摘要
简要概述了"工程设计"与"工程总承包"的关系,通过分析国际上通行的工程总承包管理模式,结合现阶段国内现状,提出了不同规模的勘察设计单位的企业发展定位及转变模式。
This paper briefly summarized the relation between ＂Engineering design＂ and ＂ Engineering general contracting＂ and points out the enterprise development orientation and transformation mode of survey ＆ design units at different scales in combination of domestic current situation.
