摘要
工程系统能否安全稳定的工作一直是工程设计人员所关注的问题之一。主要运用有限元数值分析方法对10 000 t/d水泥回转窑本体结构进行数值模拟分析。通过建立不同耐火砖和窑皮厚度共10种工况下的有限元分析模型,得出了各种工况下应力的大小和分布,实现了对该窑本体结构的评定研究,最后得出该窑可以安全工作的结论。
Whether the engineer system could safely wok or not has always been one of problems preoccupied by engineer designers. In this paper, numerical analysis was applied on the body of 10 000 t/d rotary kiln roll by using finite-element method. Trough building different finite element model as different size of refractory brick and kiln crust, the size and distribution of the stresses were acquired, then the study of the structure assessment of the kiln realized, and finally a conclusion was drawn that the kiln can safely run.
