摘要
针对黑液蒸发工段控制效果不太满意的现状,根据黑液蒸发工段工艺流程,设计了蒸发工段黑液浓度串级控制系统,并进行了被控对象建模和MATLAB仿真分析,最后应用到实际造纸企业DCS控制系统中;有效地满足了蒸发工段的工艺及生产要求。
For serious polluting in black liquor ofpapermaking industry and dissatisfaction control result in black liquor evaporation station at recent time, basing on technics flow of black liquor evaporation station, the black liquor concentration serials control system of black liquor evaporation station in paper making industry is designed , then the controlled objects' model axe set up and simulated by MATLAB, at last this control system is applied in the DCS control system of practicality papermaking industry. The precision and stability of system is advanced ,and also the manufacture efficiency is improved. The need of technics and manufacture of evaporation station is satisfied.
