摘要
本文介绍了我国高炉炉料结构的进展和目前的主要形式.“八五”期间.由于小球团烧结新工艺的开发,使高炉炉料结构有了新的进展.安钢水冶厂采用新的炉料结构,高炉利用系数提高了0.305t/(m3·d).焦比较低了47.71kg/t铁.酒钢采用这种新形式,产量创历史最高纪录,S值降低到24.66kPa·C.本文对酒钢高炉的炉料结构进行了研究并作了系统介绍和理论分析.
This paper presents the progress the progress and major types of burden design in China. During'the eighth-five-year plan', the rational burden design gotten new advancements due to the development of Pelletizing and sintering technology. The utinization coeficient of Shuiye factory blast furnacein Anyang city had lifted 0. 305t/(m3. d) and coke rate lowered 47. 71kg/HTM,by adopted new burden design. The preduction of blast furnace created to high history record,and the value of Slowered to24. 66kpaC in Jiuquan I&s Co. as dopted a new type burden design. Baced on study results,this pepersystematically presents and theoretically analysys the burden design in Jiuquan I&S Co. blast furnace.
