当代信息技术蓬勃发展,欠发达城市图书馆的信息咨询服务面临新的社会环境和网络环境的挑战。本文通过对我国图书馆参考咨询服务的现状、服务方式的研究,对欠发达城市图书馆参考咨询服务发展提出几点建议。
