摘要
京津城际轨道交通工程轨道板铺设采用德国博格精调技术,将CRTSⅡ型轨道板的位置高程控制在±0.3mm内,技术的重点是轨道板自身的方向、高程及板与板间的过渡连接。对CRTSⅡ型板粗铺及精调作了简要的阐述,对在精调中比较常见的异常情况做了简要分析。
The German CRTS Ⅱ plate fine-tuning technique is used in the track plate construction of traffic project of Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Rail. The elevation of CRTS Ⅱ plate is controlled within ± 0.3 mm. The key points of this technique are the direction of track plate, the elevation and the connection of plates. In this paper, the laying and fine-tuning of CRTS Ⅱ plate are summarized and the abnormal situations in fine-tuning are analyzed.
