Construction Techniques for Foundation Plate Steel of PDL Ballastless Track

京津城际轨道交通工程是我国第一条高速铁路,首次引进了德国博格板式无砟轨道施工技术,在国内是新工艺。无砟轨道底座板施工是轨道板施工的基础,也是无砟轨道施工的关键。对底座板钢筋施工工艺及质量控制进行了简要的概述,提出了施工的要点和应注意的事项。

The traffic project of Beijing-Tianjin Inter-city Rail is the first high speed railroad in our country, introducing German CRTS Ⅱ plate ballastless track technics for the first time, which is a new technics in China. The construction of ballastless track foundation plate is the basis of track plate construction and also the key of ballastless track construction. In this paper, the steel technics and quality control of the foundation plate are summarized and the construction essentials are brought out.
