摘要
32m后张法双线整孔箱梁预制在铁路工程中,尤其是在客运专线施工中应用越来越多,这种箱梁结构新颖,施工工艺复杂,精度要求高,梁体自重大。在福厦铁路Ⅲ标段施工中,为解决箱梁过隧问题而开发出割翼箱梁(后浇部分翼缘板),介绍了割翼箱梁预制施工技术。
The 32 m span prefabricated post-tensioned and two-line box girders are used widely in the railway engineering, in particular the construction of Passenger Dedicated Lines. It is famous for its novel structure, complex construction technology, high precision, large tare weigh. In order to solve the problem of box girder passing tunnels, the construction technology of cut wing box girder ( part of the flange plate is poured later) has been developed. The Ⅲ bid of Fuxia railway constructed by China Railway 21bureau Group adopts such cut wing box girder with 467 holes. So far, 56 holes have been produced and 13 holes have been transported with the efforts of the designer, builders and the researchers. This provided valuable experience for the fabrication and installation of cut wing box girders and the prefabricated cut wing box girder technology is introduced in this paper.
