路基掺砂改良土填筑施工方法

填筑材料及施工工艺是控制填筑密实度的关键,对现有不合格填筑材料通过掺砂改良方法使之达到合格,工艺简单,成本较低,在路基填筑施工中已逐渐得到应用。介绍在洛湛铁路施工过程中掺砂改良土施工工艺。

The requirement for the density of subgrade fillings is increased with the fast development of new construction techniques. The quality of filling materials and the construction methods are two key factors in controlling the density of filling. A modified method is introduced in this paper, that is, the properties of those unqualified filling materials can be greatly improved by adding coarse sand aggregates. Simple and low cost as this new method is, it has been gradually used in subgrade construction projects. As an example, such construction process on Luoyang-Zhanjiang railroad is introduced.
