摘要
系统地分析了形状记忆合金弹簧的力学特性,并建立了数学模型:■从该模型出发,并考虑到形状记忆效应最佳时的临界变形量,编制了计算机软件对形状记忆合金弹簧元件进行辅助设计。该软件具有广泛的适用性,可模拟各种特性曲线,如P~T,δ~T,P~δ等曲线;根据弹簧特定的工作条件,还可给出弹簧的尺寸。理论预测与实验能较好地吻合。
Mechanical Properties of SMA screw spring were analyzed systematically, a mathematic model was established, i. e.■, According to this model, as well as the consideration of critical amount of deformation at which the shape recovery rate is at its maximum, a computer software was programed to aid the designing of SMA sprew spring components. This software has a wide accommodation to a variety of purposes and can perform various characteristic curves, such as P~T, 6~T, P~δ curves etc. According to the work conditions, it can also give out the dimensions of the spring. There was a good agreement between computer prediction and the experimental result.
