摘要
分析柳钢事故应急救援体系,从预案文件体系和预案应用两方面论述了制约该体系的建设与发展的突出问题,并提出改进对策。
The accident first aid system in Liugang was analyzed, the conspicuous problems which restricting this system＇s establishment and development were elaborated from two aspects of advance emergency programs documentation system and its application, and the countermeasures were put forward.
