CXG-2型环形件磁粉探伤机的研制

摘要 介绍大中型环形件磁粉探伤机,该机采用心棒法与感应电流法同轴复合磁化工件.控制系统由8032单片机组成,利用“最小二乘法”找出各种钢铁材料起始磁化曲线的解析表达式,再根据已确定的工件尺寸进行磁化规范的自动选择,具有结构新颖、性能稳定、自动化程度高等优点. A magnetic particle inspection equipment for large and middle ring-shaped workpieces is described, which combines threading bar method with induced current method in resultant magnetization. The control system consists of singlechip microcomputer 8032 and the least square method is used for seeking out analytic formulas of magnetizing curves of various ferromagnetic materials. Magnetizing specifications can be selected automatically according to the dimensions of workpieces. The equipment has the advantages of novel structure, stable performance and high automation.
