摘要
介绍了采用HCl浸提—火焰原子吸收法(FAAS)测定土壤中的Cu和Pb。结果表明,被测土壤中Cu和Pb的含量分别为78.5和134.1mg/kg,与湿灰化法测定结果基本一致,相对误差均在2%以内。该方法操作简单、快速、安全。
The content of heavy metals in soils, including Cu and Pb, was determined using the method of HCl extraction and FAAS. The results indicated that the content of Cu and Pb was 78.5 and 134.1mg/kg, respectively, the extracting effect of the heavy metals was as same as the effect of wet ashed method, and RSD was below 2%. The operation of the method was simple, rapid, and safe.
