摘要
分析了汽车减震器阀片的失效型式,指出阀片磨损裂纹及材料韧性差是造成目前早期失效的主要原因,并结合工厂情况提出了改进意见。另外,通过受力分析,讨论了阀片厚度对所受最大应力的影响,简述了在一定阻尼值要求下优化选配阀片的原则。
The failure types of automobile damper valve sheet had been analysed. The main failure causes are the abrasive cracks and poor material toughness. The improving way based on the present factory condition is proposed. The relationship between valve sheet thickness and maximum stress has discussed by stress analysis. It gives the principle of optimum selection for valve sheet according to that the damping valve demands.
