摘要
利用数值仿真(CFD)方法模拟研究了新型的煤粉燃烧器在水泥窑内的燃烧以及NOx、SOx有害废气的排放及其分布规律,讨论了燃烧器结构与NOx生成的关系,初步探索了高效燃烧与低有害气体排放燃烧的机理问题.
The combustion processes and harmful emissions, such as NOx, SOx etc, of coal from newly multi - channel coal burner in a cement rotate kiln are simulated in this paper with CFD. The relationship of NOx formation with burner configuration is also studied. Based on the simulation results, the mechanism needed to design the high efficiency and low harmful mission burners are examined.
