摘要
本文利用一种将瞬态响应测试应用于模数混合电路故障诊断的新方法,通过传统的专家系统加以实现.该测试方法大大简化了测试过程,节省了测试时间和费用,因此基于此方法的专家系统更加适合于实际工程应用.
A fault diagnosis expert system （FDES） for mixed-signal circuits is set up,making use of transient response testing （TRT）. This testing approach simplifies greatly the testing process and saves a lot of testing expense and testing time. Therefore,such an expert system is more appropriate for engineering application.
