Ni-Ti形状记忆合金爆炸焊接试验研究

摘要 N i-T i形状记忆合金是一种新型的功能材料,在传统的高温熔融焊接后,常常改变焊接热影响区的形状记忆功能,因此,寻求一种保持其组织和形状记忆功能基本不发生改变的焊接技术,显得更为重要和迫切.对于冲击韧性值较低的形状记忆合金,能否通过爆炸焊接实现其冶金结合,是人们积极探索的新方法.本文采用下限法对形状记忆合金爆炸焊接技术进行了试验研究,并通过增加缓冲板改变常规平行法布药结构,以降低复板运动速度,成功实现了直接结合的最佳爆炸焊接界面. Ni-Ti is a new kind of functional material. However,the shape memory alloy (SMA) function of Ni-Ti often changes when traditional high-temperature weld is adopted. Therefore,it is very imperative to find some new technology for welding Ni-Ti alloy so that the structure and shape memory function may not be changed. A new method to weld SMA with low impact toughness by means of exploding has been studied. This paper presents an experimental study on the exploding weld technology by use of low limit method. And, a buffering plate is supplied to change the parallel powder-disposing structure and reduce the movement speed of the composite-plate. As a result,direct optimal exploding weld interface ,is achieved with success.
