Taking Phyllostachys pubescens stands in Jing＇ an county as an object of investigation and study, the laws of snow and ice endangering Ph. pubescens stands were investigated, the ability of Ph. pubescens stands defensing snowstorm was discussed. The injury types of Ph. pubescens stands were divided, the reconstruction technologies of Ph. pubescens after disaster were assembled.
