摘要
利用自行设计的试验装置,采用从铀矿石样品中经富集分离、纯化、驯化诱变得到的氧化亚铁硫杆菌进行实验室浸铀试验。通过酸化与菌浸两个阶段四个样品的试验,使铀平均液计浸出率达到85.6%,渣计浸出率达到88.3%,浸出效果较为理想。
Through a self-designed experimentation equipment, we did the experimentation of uranium leaching in laboratory using T.F which was separated, purified and domesticated from uranium ore samples .Through the two stages which are acidification and leaching and the experimentation of four samples, the average Leaching rate of uranium by liquid reaches 85.6% and by Slag reaches 88.3%, so the leaching result is better.
