Based on the big area power cut accident lesson and the production safety situation of Jiangxi power grid, the paper elaborated the necessity of the establishment and the improvement in electrical network safety production warning and the emergency plan. By Introducing the basic idea, the basic principle and the key content of production safety early warning and emergency plan in electric power, it provided the key work and the suggestion in the implementation.
