分析了水电工程施工安全生产管理的必要性及影响安全生产的几个基本因素，对水电工程施工安全生产管理的保障体系及管理机制做了探讨。
This article analyzes the necessity of hydropower project construction in safety production management and some basic factors which affect safety production, discusses the guarantee system and management mechanism of hydropower project construction in safety production management.
