高等学校加强研究生党支部建设的思考

Ponderation over Strengthening Graduate Student Party Branch Building of Colleges and Universities

研究生党支部作为中国共产党在研究生中的基层组织,肩负着组织和教育研究生党员的职责,发挥着基层的战斗堡垒作用,是密切联系学校各级组织与广大研究生的桥梁和纽带。通过对国内高等学校研究生党支部建设现状的调查,分析了研究生党支部在组织发展、组织生活、组织职能方面存在的问题,提出坚持党员发展的十六字方针、拓展组织生活的方式和载体、加强研究生党支部自身建设和对研究生党员的教育和管理建议,以期为高等学校研究生党支部建设提供一些参考。

According to the current situation of graduate students＂ study, thought and living, the important role that graduate student Party branches play in postgraduates＂ moral education and the Party building is set forth： as the Party＇s primary organizations set up in graduates students, graduate student Party branches undertake the task of organizing and educating graduate student Party members and play the role of fighting bastions ,and serve as a bridge and link between the school organizations at all levels and the graduate students. According to an investigation into the current situation about the graduate student Party branch building in some domestic colleges and universities,.the problems of graduate student Party branches in the organizational development, organizational life and organizational function,etc are analysed. Based on the above-mentioned problems , the guiding principles for admitting new Party members, the way and carrier to expand Party member＇s organizational life and the suggestions on strengthening the graduate student Party branch building and graduate students~ education and management are put forward so that some reference could be provided for the graduate student Party branch building of colleges and universities.
