摘要
湘军首领曾国藩、胡林翼重视将领在军事斗争中的作用,提出兵事以人才为根本的观点;重视对人才的鉴别、培养和使用,认为一个好的将领须具备有志气、有良心、耐受劳苦、谦虚谨慎、严于律己、宽待他人等良好素质和领导决断能力。毛泽东在借鉴拓展曾、胡等古代兵家用将理论的基础上,对之进行革命性改造,构建起具有中国特色的马克思主义干部路线,丰富和发展了马克思主义的干部政策和人才理论。
Zeng Guo-fan and Hu Lin-yi, the leaders of Hunan army, emphasized the leading role in fighting, suggesting that the army should be soldier-centered; attached great importance to the differentiation, cultivation and use of talented persons, pointing out that an excellent general must be ambitious, kind, and diligent, humble and cautious, being strict with himself , and treating others generously. On the basis of the theories, Mao Ze-dong has made innovation and created the cadres-choosing principles with Chinese characteristics, which has enriched and developed Marxist's theory for cadres and talented person.
