摘要
本文研究了爆炸喷镀Co-Cr-w合金层经电子束熔化基体自冷凝的显微组织、结构及成分。分析结果表明:电子束熔化处理的喷镀层与基体呈金相结合;镀层內气孔和夹杂大幅度减少,结晶组织细化,熔区内合金元素分布均勻。
Electron beam melting process of detonation sprayed Co-Cr-W coating has been studied. The experimental results showed that the metallurigical bonding at the coating-substrate interlace developed and in the coating the oxide content and porosity reduced largely. The crystalline structure becomes finer and the alloying elements distribute more uniformly in the irradiated zone.
