摘要
电镜及金相检验结果分析表明,X45CrSi93气阀钢失效形式为准解理脆性断裂。在气温0-5℃时的低温形变和钢巾3.06%Si是造成脆性断裂的原因。提高形变温度以及降低钢中Si含量可以增加材料的韧性而消除脆性。
The failure of valve steel X45CrSi93 was examined by SEM and metallographic test . The resuhs show that the failure mode was the quasi-cleavage fracture .The fracture was due to the dislocation motion to be limited during the lowtemperature deformation at 0 - 5 ℃ and 3.06 % Si of X45CrSi93 steel would restrict the dislocation cross slip.By increasing the deformation temperature and reducing excessive silicon content, the toughness of X45CrSi93 steel would be improved.
