摘要
采用多元线性回归和平面坐标散布图方法分析了工频炉铸铁的熔炼条件、炉料和化学成分对其凝固特性和机械性能的影响,并与冲天炉熔炼铸铁进行对比。同时阐述了工频炉熔炼铸铁炉前控制的操作规范。
Using the plural linear regression and disseminate diagram the influences of melting conditions charge and chemical composition on solidifying character and mechanical properties of cast iron melthed in the coreless induction furnace have been analysed comparing with that in cupola. In the meantime, the suitable controling method of melting cast iron in induction furnace were also presented.
