摘要
给出了3种分别基于Mach—Zenhder、Michelson和Fabry-Perot相位调制型的光纤加速度传感器,阐述了这3种干涉型光纤加速度计的结构、机理及工作原理,并进行了比较分析,得出了被测信号的加速度与干涉输出的相位差的关系.讨论了决定这3种光纤加速度计相位灵敏度的相应参数.
This paper presents three fiber- optic accelerometers based on Mach-Zender, Michelson and Fabry-Perot phase modulation, demonstrates and compares the structure, mechanism and their operational principles of the three fiber-optic accelerometers. The relationships between acceleration signal and the out- put phase difference are put forward, and related parameters of phase sensitivity of three fiber-optic accelerometers are discussed.
