树脂砂型(芯)涂料的研究

Study on Coatings for Resin Binded Moulds and Cores

通过优化组合实验，选取符合触变流体的悬浮剂和粘结剂。提出了合理的涂料配制方案，研究出适宜树脂砂的型（芯）涂料。

Through optimizing combination experiment the suspending agent and binder which can make the coating be of thixotropy are selected in this paper. The producing method for the coating is given out as well. Experimental results show that this coating is suitable for resin binded moulds and cores.
