真空密封造型法的铸型强度特性的研究

Study on Mold Strength of V process

利用自行设计的一套强度试样，测量了Ｖ法铸型的抗剪强度和抗压强度；系统地分析了Ｖ法铸型的内外压差与两种强度之间的定量关系；探讨了Ｖ法铸型强度形成的内在机理。

Abstract The compressive strength and shearing strength of mold of V process were measured by a set of self developed strength sample devices,the quantified relationship between the mold strength and the air pressure difference inside and outside the V process mold has been systematically analyzed and the mechanism of forming the mold strength for V process was discussed.
